      Pros

      The people are amazing. Most legitimately care about their work and building quality into the process. Logical and well thought out changes were implemented to make processes better. Problem solving in a structured fashion.

      Cons

      Slow to act on large scale improvements. Quick to act on expensive improvements which did not always gain enough return on investment. Managers did not give constructive feedback to employees in a timely fashion. Layoffs were frequent and seemed to happen when business was both good and bad.

      Great benefits, some wonderful people to work with, plenty of opportunity to grow and be innovative

      Cons

      Promotions mainly happen through politics, and if you are really good at your job it could hinder you from being promoted if your Senior Managers do not want you to move to another team.
