      No transportation even though they promise it. Extremely low hours for oil work. Ignorance throughout.

      If you have a hardworking personality you will go up until you hit a glass ceiling.

      Flexible hours is the only thing going for them

      Cons

      1) Not very honest or open on when they will bring you on board as a full employee after the 6-month contract, they can extend that contract for up to 12 months with little to no notification to the employee. 2) Expect to be paid between 19 to 22 dollars an hour regardless of your experience. 3) Management seems pretty cool to talk to but that doesn't mean they will listen to you. There is no company culture as each department sticks to its own and again little to no communication between departments.
