      Worst Company For Engineers

      Pros

      By the end of the year you end up making very good money in comparison to other engineers in other industries.

      Cons

      You’re hardly an engineer more like an oil field technician despite being paid less than people with less responsibilities. The coworkers can be toxic and feel like you need to share their misery in order for them to respect you. The company suddenly decided that they want to pay you less before you’re even about to get promoted. Big egos everywhere who talk about lack of leadership but aren’t anywhere near a good model themselves.

      Good starting pay Nice uniforms

      Cons

      False positive Hair drug test when people aren’t doing drugs. All Hair Tests that were stated positive while other test such as urine and alcohol test started 0.00%. Many have challenge this test and paid $150.00 just to be told the same thing which is a lie. This was so unethical and the company will have to pay for these actions.

      There are state-of-the-art use cases in the company, and you get great opportunity to work on that.

      Cons

      1. Internal politics and bias is very high. No moral standard what so ever, managers favor one employee over another. 2. No sense of loyalty, you are just a number to the organization. 3. The work we do, mostly never actually reach production (at least in ML domain) 4. Most work is only exploration, with no real benefit.
