Pros

ESOP employee stock ownership program, good pay, and good benefits. The families/clients are great to work with.

Cons

This company is always saying "We are one big family", "We are here to support you", etc. However, their actions and behaviors have proven different. OT director Baily Zubel and the executive team are toxic and unsupportive. They lack transparency and collaboration with the employees. They make decisions unilaterally without input from employees. Communication is frequently one-sided and use it as a tool to assert dominance. There is no support for employee growth. Turnover is high. They have their favorite employees and reward them with bonuses and raises.
