Working with majority strong, intelligent women! Small stipend for CEU/licensing fees. Full caseload with mentorship available if you seek it out.

Cons

In the time of COVID, not as much team collaboration happening. Not enough paid time for documenting but this is a huge complaint in the health industry in general.

As a SLPA who went out of the field for many years, SLEA offered me education, mentorship and supervision.. This continues to this day - almost 8 years later.

Cons

I can honestly say that I have never had anything but the best working experience at SLEA
