      Good for Freshers but not for Lateral

      Pros

      You will have nice freedom to explore your knowledge. This is the place where you could interact with many teams to grow professionally.

      Cons

      But this company is good for only freshers to learn things not preferred for lateral. Company is running with Old technologies like Java, .Net , Windows etc. It needs to upgrade many things in terms of technology.

      Pros

      SLK Campus is great with good food and connectivity at subsidized price for all the employees. Encouragement for lot of cultural programs, time to time events are held. Creche and Primary Health care is available in the campus.

      Cons

      Highly volatile environment, driven by wimps and fancies of few leaders across the organization. You need to be part of the group else you will be leaving company of your own or you will be driven out. Old boys school you need to be part of the clan for good. Degree of decision making is low.
