      Very Good Organization to start with

      Pros

      Joined as fresher, was exposed to all the phases of project life cycle. Was also involved in call handling. They give us lot of opportunities if we show interest, even worked on performance tuning under an architect(when I was just 1 year experienced).

      Cons

      Once you get into support projects, it is very difficult to get into full time development projects, there are some internal politics with HR's

      it was good before 2014...

      Cons

      all stupid rules are implemented.. they lost all good employees.. they never care about their employees.. in 2014 it have rating 4, now it went down to 2... what a growth... please check SLK management... please look all these reviews and try to get better.. especially In ERP domain.

      1. Work life balance in Emerson projects. 2. Good client exposure. 3. Good scope in the company if you have Automation knowledge. 4. Good exposure with higher level management including VPs.

      Cons

      1. Less salary for experienced employee. 2. Process is not up to standards as per the current industry trend.
