      Pros

      Process oriented and good for freshers as they mainly run on freshers and they will recruit more freshers .

      Cons

      Very less standard of salary , un usual timings , Un professional way / threatening to people to extend notice period . Daily extended hours almost all the weekdays and weekend work is more for internal project . No value for employees. More over unprofessional manager and regional feelings will be raised by few managers and will target personally

      Nothing. SLK SOFTWARE Bangalore is a scam

      Cons

      A big fishy scam done at SLK software they will offer you letter of intent and then will never call you, also they conduct interviews AGAIN after 6 months of giving you letter of intent.its almost 1 year and they didn't onboard students and in these pandemic situation they are troubling fresher's to do training without pay. Full 1 year got wasted waiting for joining date. NEVER EVER TRUST SLK SOFTWARE.
