Any manager trying to cover their subordintates in the firing list will appear in the next firing list Bunch of useless AVPs. They have becomeVPs & AVPs only by bucketing the management. They are not more than senior engineer caliber in the outside world CTO organization has the privilege of doing nothing and getting hefty salary. They don't have a single patent of their own No sales and service departments. Delivery team is responsible for everything. Salary is very less at worker level. More for manager levels. Shed crocodile tears to poor and disabled in the name of social cause. Management and Leadership does not realize that most of the employees they fire had poor country side family background and grew up by having only rice soup twice a day. PPT and Excel are the ultimate skills leadership and management knows about.
