      Companies Policies resembles IBM structure , Happy to see it, but looks no one follows it.

      Cons

      Managers need to be trained how to handle the team, Broad thinking should be practiced, I can say Worst Manager's and Seniors behavior , treating the employees as slaves.

      Nothing to say about this company, this is one of the useless company in the world. Management is very rude and micro management and these managers are worthless guys and can't at all able to handle the clients and everything developers have to taken care and the clients are always more shouting on these guys and these guys showing 2 year or 3 year experience developer as 6 year or 7 years to the client for billing purpose and client came to know all these things and moving most of the projects to other vendors. So please do not join this useless company.
