      Bad Place & Bad Experience

      Worked with good people Currently office is near Sanjay Nagar, so have lots of good restaurant :)

      Cons

      This is totally my experience with SLK Software Very less hike No Onsite Bad Infrastructure, feels like as if working in government company Not a place to learn new technologies Attrition rate is 30-40% More Interested in hiring fresher as they have to pay less salary with having 3 years of bond Bad HR Policies and at the top of it changes frequently No Employee Satisfaction Only care about billing every resource and making them to work if it is not related to their job profile

      Pros

      Small company. There are a handful of nice folks. But unfortunately all on the way out.

      Cons

      Small mind too! SPM and above are mired in "groupism". Unless you are an old-timer RUN! Senior levels are infested with either the Old-timers who never cared to jump outside the well in 14 years OR those who grew up in the "SLK culture", jumped out and did not fit in anywhere else and finally returned!

      Freshers have exposure to new tools. Client exposure is good.

      Cons

      Very bad salary. No growth. Only thing runs here is politics. Was part of company for 4 years. Top management is lead by some bad ppl. Skill doesn't matter here only if you act as per your Boss' s wish you reach some heights.
