      No Work Life Balance

      Pros

      I have been working here for 10 months. I do not see any Pros in my project. I have been working for its client, Fifth Third, they hired me as a backend developer, but there has been no work like that.

      Cons

      All cons. No work-life balance The leave policy is the worst. ODC culture (they won't provide you with laptops in that project, no mobile phones allowed). Here, guards think of themselves as company owners. Worst Management. If you are joining, ask them about the project if it's fifth third do not join

      Not a good company to work

      No pros as of on complete 1.5Years

      Cons

      They told me to board on during covid. No helping hand through I belongs to slk employee. Policy changes for Notice period even without knowing. Harrassment during the notice period ask to work even having knowledge transition. Scaring like will extend notice bla bla. Even not feeling well and employee can't take leave in notice period. These people are ok employee can die but they want tasks to be completed. Such a unethical.

      Free Tea and Biscuits, Nandi Hill View, Aeroplanes flying above the Building all time which is good for selfie 🤳

      Low pay, Greedy Managers who will rate you Needs improvement to Make their Appraisal Money profit, Waste for people who are involved or coming from top brands as there is no latest technology platform to learn. Historical Projects,
