Pros

Company campus is maintained well and kept clean. No other pros that is worth of mentioning.

Cons

One of worst company to join, ruins your whole career. I have seen people hired for development role and forced to work on testing. Technically you will learn nothing and will be forced to work on one of their own outdated automation tool. Poor management and most of the projects are old. Employees are neither treated well nor paid well. Think twice before joining SLK.

Pros

The Campus is good (also too far 😜)

Cons

1. At SLK Development scope holds no scope and very less development Projects. 2. No proper hikes and no proper work recognition. 3. They hire you for a particular domain (Developer) and then put you into different domain(Suport or testing ). 4. There is no job security . 5. They hire you for automation testing and they ask you to work on their own automation tool which is of no use outside in our future career. 6. As per my experience I had a very bad team (Dimensions lab), Where they have a lot of internal politics where they hire of their kind and give a lot of importance to them and they doesn’t care about any others in the team. Also the Managers are worst here especially in Dimensions Lab. 7. Company CEO acts like it’s a school and he is the principal here and if you go on a coffee or tea break for more than 15 minutes they demand that they will fire you with no notice it’s that worst here. 8. The company promises that they will prodive WFH but there is no WFH option at all. 9. They hire you for Development role and if they don’t find any opening for that domain they will put you into any random domain and if in return you question HR on the same they say we have not promised or it is nowhere mentioned in offer letter that they will provide the role that we are hired for. 10. No work life Balance. My only suggestion is if this is the last option also reject it and go for a better company but it’s finally your choice. Note - If you are joining then tell them to mention in Offer letter that they will give only that role and technology which they have promised in interview.

Pros

-Recognition is easy when you are outspoken and confident about your work. -Technology growth is gradual, but learning is maximum, especially for freshers (in projects)

Cons

-Talent management is poor - No incentives and appraisals are not taken seriously. Allowances , if any, are minimum in comparison with other companies - Pay is very less - Less opportunities to build your skills once you are put of a project. - Located in an isolated area with least (sometimes zero) connectivity to reach city limits. Nothing is available close by , at times makes work place dull and boring with no distraction to refresh ourselves. - People Management can be improved.
