      Nothing to say. No one likes but it looks like some people from recruitment team are adding positives for hiring.

      Cons

      You can add everything to list. Cheap politics. Too much bossism and lot of harassment. Policies are too tight and HRs are much more harsher than FBI

      Pros

      Company with steady growth offering more opportunities to senior professionals as well the young talent. They have implemented Oracle R12 and it is be good system to have for achieving the business benefits from ERP.

      Cons

      Lack of internal control, lack of proper processes and policies. Purely people oriented company, They do not value professionals when it comes to decision making. Harsh decision making by Senior Management, bureaucracy and Politics have taken place. Hence, lack of governance.
