      None, But to cover 20 words...unintentionally i'll list few..Good opportunity to learn for freshers but they should not stay for more than 2 years as this is where they'll spoil their career.

      Cons

      Bad Management, Aggressive Managers, No clear policies, Least Salary, No one to listen your concerns, worst appraisal process and many more.
