Low salary, high attrition rate and low work life balance.

freshers - have contract for two years. most of the freshers are fed up with the company in less than year. they are just not showing it . for experienced.. lot of work for experienced with less pay and hike. they want to make money from employees from customers. management is poor in making correct decisions. they just go with what customers say. even if employee has problem they are not bothered. they force little bit. There is HR team which favours only those who are exceptional with customers and they are not bothered what other employees are telling. If you are in bench - 2 months only after that lay off. It happened to many here. They have very few projects. not a big company like tcs,hcl,infosys and others..
