      learn how to work in high politics . If you are local, then you are king .

      Cons

      Everything is cons if you are outsider . Forget onsite or good hike if you are outsider or dont know local language . Some old folks who dont have any place to go , rules SLK.

      No work pressure. To learning KANADA and politics(if you know KANADA) also.

      Cons

      If you are working java then you should learn JAVA+KANADA before joining SLK Software. if you KANADA then your interview will be for 5/10 min and if you don't know KANADA then minium1.5 hours(as per my experience last 3years). I am working last 3years, but they are giving very very less rating in appraisal. Again i am reminding KANADA depends upon the appraisal.
