Pros

There are no Pros, Only hear manipulative managers and software engineers were lazy. As a fresher you will learn more by taking their responisbilities

Cons

unfair billing, pay disparity, illegal trade services, Extreme Micro Management. Pay below industry standards, make you work more than 8 hours, but billed only for 8 hours. Forced to work under tight time constraints just to keep the project running. Project Managers are unwilling to to understand from the perspective of freshmen, and extremely rude and take us for granted. Ajay Kumar is a joke, and Parth is the Standing leader of SLK. and Parth thinks he is the master of all the employees, and view them as slaves. Once, there was a guy who brought his Hayabusa to the office and the reputed overwhelmed CEO Parth confronted him "do we pay so much that you can afford a super bike?" It was such an irony to his own pity self, and I hope he is ashamed of himself for asking that.

Pros

Provide Cabs throughout Bengaluru. Nothing else End of pros

Cons

Quality of Food Services: The food quality provided is subpar considering the cost. Despite changing vendors thrice in the last three months and receiving numerous complaints, no meaningful actions have been taken to resolve the issue. 2. Transparency in Policies: There is a significant lack of transparency in organizational policy communication. Frequent policy changes across different projects seem to prioritize organizational convenience over employee interests, which undermines trust and fairness. 3. Hybrid Work Model: The current hybrid structure lacks flexibility, making it unnecessarily challenging for employees and negatively impacting work-life balance. 4. Cultural Equality: The organization appears to lack cultural inclusivity. HR practices seem biased toward personal preferences rather than promoting a sense of equality and inclusiveness. 5. Rewards and Recognition: Despite putting in significant effort, employees rarely receive recognition based on merit. The recognition process appears arbitrary, which is demotivating for those who consistently perform well. 6. Appraisal and Salary Hikes: The organization offers minimal salary hikes, and the unnecessary shift in the appraisal cycle without providing arrears further demoralizes employees. This practice creates a sense of financial instability and dissatisfaction
