      no pros, teach your manager (who are working from 10-15 years) that how to handle the employees and project

      They will tell you to give good feedback about the organization, because they know about the status of their company. Bad management. Managers who are working in 'SLK', they are working from the start of the organization, In reality they doesn't know anything about the project. But they speaks a lot with out knowing whether it is possible or not. Poor salary. location is bad, Near airport Bad environment.

      Poor Management both Management and HR. They exploit a lot and do'not give the salary. Very toxic environment. Please do not join the company even you are jobless.
