Ontime salary. Most of the customers are looking for Bodies, so customers take responsibility of running the project.

Cons

Lot of pressure to sell companies products and competencies to Managers in spite of having a dedicated sales & marketing team. No work life balance. Seniors think they are all genius people on earth and don't even give respect to other human beings. Money is everything.
