      1. work life balance . 2. Opportunities (Only for bucketing people) . 3. Partially if you are from Karnataka or Andhra Pradesh (Not being baised) .

      Cons

      1. Management is very bad. 2. less pay not even according to industry standard. 3. All the experience people who are good in knowledge left the company due to partiality. 4. There are majority of seniors who are of just name sake they don't know how to frame sentences in English.

      I've worked 6 moths in SLK ... for fresher its good company to start their career

      Managements is worst specifically in proctor team ... working in that process is like nightmare
