      No Pros to share.

      Cons

      They make freshers join with bond and no salary hikes for 3 years. No care towards employee benefits even medical benefits are also not there for wife and kids. No Projects. No job security.

      Ownership along with accountability .... Exposure to various client and dynamic business environment

      Cons

      Bad work culture. Managers are hired based on reference and not based on skill set. Lack of clear HR policies, anything can happen any time...... A bad and good performer are rated on same scale
