Pros
* Good exposure on the technologies(depending on the project and your luck) * Good platforms for showing your ideas and skills.(Functional & technical) * Interactions with client at very early stage of your career. * Good place to start the career for those are willing to learn and take responsibilities.
Cons
-> Salary...... very low compared to the industry standard. -> Please read the policies and joining letter before joining the company. policy makers will never bother about changing the policies on the go. -> No proper justification will be given on your increments(appraisal). -> All the decisions of senior management will be for betterment of organisation but not the employees. -> Employee's hard earned money will not reach them. -> No transparency on the appraisal process.... You will remain shocked after getting the revised salary..... (Please do not expect your hike to be good.....you will get disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!) -> No motivation for the good performer to stay for long here. -> Very high percentage of UNSATISFIED employees only the thing is most of them will not reach out the concerned people in organisation to express it out.(some will not because they know that nothing can be done after talking). -> Very poorly planned R&D department, where no employees want to work, as they will not encourage the good work and no chance of good appraisal just because the R&D work will not earn money from client.
