- Gives good learning opportunity to freshers - Can learn new technologies if you are in right project - Exposure to client projects - Trainings on latest technologies are provided

Cons

- Salary is not up to industry standards - New HR policies added every year only works in favour of org ,employees are not benefited - Facilities provided are of third grade - No growth after completion of 2 years - No proper planning by Senior mgmt,COE department was shut down because of this - Run by people who have stayed with company for past ten years so no innovation

If your in good Project then there will be learning curve of new technologies

Cons

1) Mobile phones, personal belongings are not allowed for banking projects, feeling like you will be in jail. 2) Cab facility is not there, if you want cab facility you have to inform before half day. 3) Salary's are not good
