There is no much equality for an individual, lot of politics, special if you are a woman employee they don't expect anything from you or give any importance you.. you won't get any appreciation or any credits how much ever hard work you do there. Work pressure - many times leads are not capable to help you(they know nothing but politics) they just assign loads of work and take all the credit for them self. Appraisal - stop dreaming of any .. very less hikes if you are in a good project only take home would be learning.

Stupid management, they think of employees as slaves.. Does irritating micromanagement, All are behind ODC hours which is utter nonsense, being in ODC for 8 hours doesn't means that the employee is doing productive work. They have build thier office in a deserted area where there are no restaurants and still closes cafeteria after 10 ;won't even give a packet of biscuit after 10. What the hell is that! Managers over here are the worst. They will promotions only to people who holds thier bucket. Some fools are staying in the company for 10-12 years and treats others as slaves. Looks like thier grand kids also will work in the same company . Once we put down paper we become the enemy of the manager and they starts to blame us for everything. No trainings No latest technologies Same salary and position for freshers and experience. Then what is the value of our experience here!
