Good place to learn because you may sit on bench for a while. Good environment to work.

Cons

Experienced resources are sitting on bence meanwhile dumb people are tagged to projects. Micro management is there. Culture is not good at all.

Cons

But this company is good for only freshers to learn things not preferred for lateral. Company is running with Old technologies like Java, .Net , Windows etc. It needs to upgrade many things in terms of technology.
