I've been working with Smart for almost two years, and I still get excited about going to work every day. The encouraging managers constantly check in on us, give us praise, and value what we accomplish. They constantly make certain that our voices are heard and that we strive to achieve our goals as a family, not just as regular employees. The pay is good, and the permanent work from home arrangement is the finest they have to offer; we have most of our time to ourselves and our families.
