Here in SMART I would say we have competative incentives, great salary, stress free environment and approachable leaders when you need them and a permanent work from home set up.

Cons

The only down side here is you cant have any team building or meet up with my agents because majority of my agents are scattered around the Philippines.

SMART has offered me excellent growth opportunities within my almost 2 fruitful years of being here. Everyone I work with is committed to great service, friendly, helpful, and approachable whenever help is needed.

Cons

Challenges are inevitable in every organization. Areas of concern are always being looked into and worked on.

Really bad place to work. No proper onboarding process. Poor definition of work hours. Lots of lies about incentives and "flexible work hours". No opportunity to grow. Fake hospitality from the employer. I could go on and on but to sum it up, it is literally a hell on earth. Work with them at your own risk.
