A Company that claims to be "Data Driven" but doesn't drive the Company based on Data

There's obviously a lot of setbacks working for the company. As an employee, you are expected to go beyond your job description. You're considered to be "not doing your job" if you're simply doing what you're hired to do. But the atmosphere was lively with the people you work with especially under your supervision, which makes the life of an employee under Smart good, but not overall great. However, the changes that happen in a very short time-frame can be daunting for employees, especially the recent pay cuts for the reason of freeing up the cost to hire more without minimizing the amount of workload. There are tons of promises that were not fulfilled which lead to some of the employees' decision to leave the company. Furthermore, the company claims to say to not know the processes of Operations but insists on implementing policies and metrics that don't define the actual representation of the minimum goals set. Thus, making the metrics unreasonable for some agents as being an outbound call center does have days when nobody simply wants to answer the phone and even continue with the update. Another thing to also consider is the amount of issues you encounter with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. This affects the employees' actual work hours that will be deducted from their pay. The company does not want to pay for hours when the CRM goes down, even with data provided that the lost hours were caused by a system issue. Updates are sent by stating there were system upgrades and improvements even though there is no significant evidence that these so-called upgrades improved the overall stability of the CRM. To add, when the company makes changes to the CRM's code, does it on the live production system that will immediately affect employees' ability to work, thus asking the employees to logout and extend to make up for the lost time. Feedback was provided on how to handle upcoming campaigns, especially when handling specific concerns like adding new markets. However, these feedbacks were not taken into consideration but rather make the decision and changes over the weekend without Operations knowing thus bringing down the overall performance of all agents as an outcome. To end, the company values employees more who can see problems with an agent cheating, issues with performance when in fact it's out of their control with data provided. The overall distrust of the company of its employees makes the entire atmosphere in Smart Apartment Data a challenging place to work at.
