Enjoyed working with the people there: colleagues and immediate managers were smart and a pleasure to work with. Good benefits and work/life balance. Nice working environment (office/equipment/facilities).

Cons

Hard to shake the impression that the business is struggling to find a way forward in the face of a changing market (reflected in public stock price trend). Senior management have an unhelpful habit of venting their frustration via negative emails to all staff (e.g. goading staff to leave if they don't like it... so the staff most able to find a new job do).

Seattle office has a great number of intelligent, hard-working, friendly people. Good salaries. Typical free soda, coffee and Costco snacks.

Cons

The folks in the Calgary Headquarters were difficult to work with. There seemed to be some passive-aggressive behavior as the Calgary folks didn't seem to want to work with the newly opened Seattle office staff. Communication was challenging. Teams were constantly being changed around as the direction and focus of upper management shifted. Health insurance plan is not great.
