The team is the best I have had to work for in the industry. Very good work life balance and low stress work. Very good direct manager and co-workers

Cons

Salary and recognition are the worst. In a city with Oil and Gas offering huge salaries, it's very difficult to retain people. Training and development is very self-driven and limited. If you want something, you go out and get it.
