Cons

Communications across multiple locations can be challenging for any company. CEO Matt Rosecan sends video messages every week on a wide range of topics so that employees know what's going on in the company as a whole, not just on their contract.

I couldn't agree more that SMS values its employees. I've been with the company for over 20 years and have seen so many examples of the company taking care of its employees and showing how they appreciate hard work and dedication. We have great, low cost benefits and even when costs have been high, SMS has kept the employee cost low. Communication is tough with employees spread out in so many different locations, but Matt and our communications team have worked hard to improve employee communication with weekly messages, News Digest and more. Thanks for the great review!
