Thanks for the 5-stars! SMS not only encourages employees to maintain their certifications, but promotes employee development and training both on-the-job, as well as through education. SMS will cover the cost of training material, Skillsoft/Udemy subscriptions, exams, classes, conferences and provide assistance for tuition of undergraduate or graduate studies as well. We also have a Technical Leadership Program where employees can solicit advice and assistance on achieving their professional development goals also.
