We have some of the hardest working and brightest employees in the industry and it shows with our great customer reviews, employee reviews and awards. SMS has been awarded a Top Workplace by the Washington Post for the past 6 years and this is based solely on employee survey feedback. We are a government contractor, but we do our best to find alternative contracts for our employees when a contract ends. This isn't always easy depending on the location, but we have a great recruiting team that exhaust our sources looking for alternative positions.
