We truly appreciate it when an employee takes the time to write a review for us. Thank you! We strive to offer our employees competitive pay and great benefits year after year. We are proud to say that for the past 4 years, we have offered the same great benefits to our employees, without raising copays, coinsurance or payroll deductions! That alone is a nice benefit! :) Vision is a tricky benefit to meet everyone's needs. We do have the option of just the eye exam or exam and material allowances for a low cost, but some employee need more, while others don't use it. It's getting close to our insurance renewal, so we will review all of our insurance policies and vendor options. What an awesome review! Thank you! I couldn't agree with you more. :) SMS has great tenure and we will continue to strive to maintain our family culture as we increase in size. We understand how important it is to take care of our employees. We have some of the brightest and most hard working employees around and it's thanks to their hard work that SMS is so successful! We have various communication tools from quarterly newsletters, emails, text, in-person site visits, corporate intranet and more to keep our employees current on company news and events, but we'll look for other communication options as well.
