People you work with are good.

Cons

The upper management team is all related. They have little to no business experience. They also band together like a mafia and engage in behavior that is destructive to the company as a whole. The upper management also takes advantage of the fact that the staff is captive audience. They have over 80% of the market for labor cornered. This allows them to depress wages. When u complain to ethics hotline boomerangs back to someone involved in problem.
