      Great benefits, pay, and location for family life. The work place provides you the opportunity to study for college. It is up to the individual to take hold of this benefit. Also the pay is very suitable for providing for family life.

      Cons

      Management difficulties and long hours in one place. Housing prices in the Los Alamos area very high. Commuting maybe necessary.
