      pay and benefits good 4 day work week interesting place to work, no other plant like this anywhere learned a lot in my time there

      Not much room for advancement, openings were usually given to managements relatives

      Pros

      Able to go home every 105 days for 35 days at a time. Pay is very good for my current position. Work side by side Depart. of State personnel.

      Visa issues. Lack of other job opportunities at other venues in other countries.

      Pros

      nice location, easy commute off of Rt 28. A few of the longer lasting employees are nice, but most keep to themselves.

      Cons

      in-fighting, micro managed, no clue as to how to manage a contract. Management in one building, away from the workers. high turnover in support arena due to "old boy network".
