Pros

Pay is good. But that’s about it. You’ll meet great co-workers and I’m not taking about management or leadership either. You will have sufficient gym time.

Cons

You’ll deal with bad leadership and management. The “Good Ole Boy” system runs strong and it’s noticeable. Forgot doing the right thing because you’ll get punished if you do. Upper level management will find a way of getting away with it. So proceed with caution. It’s the old saying “Damned if you, damned if you don’t”

There have been some administrative and pay issues lately after transitioning to a new Contract. Senior management is elusive.
