Free coffee in the office. Interesting work.

Cons

The leadership is completely awful. They treat you like crap, lose contracts, make their clients mad and wonder why they can't win new work, and underpay people. Took a lower level position at another company for $10k MORE a year.

Very supportive of employees, provided training and development of skillsets for staff. Great team to work with.

Cons

Manpower issues caused conflicts in rotation schedules but infrequently and staff were not required to stay past their rotation dates
