      Did not always deliver on promises, but good to work for overall.

      Good equipment Promotion opportunities High-end training Good pay Decent benefits

      Cons

      Pay could have been a little more competitive, considering the requirements. They took over the contract I was on, and promised a lot of positive changes, but did not deliver most of them. They, many times, prioritized pleasing the client over fulfilling the security mission.

      Pros

      Pay is good. But that’s about it. You’ll meet great co-workers and I’m not taking about management or leadership either. You will have sufficient gym time.

      Cons

      You’ll deal with bad leadership and management. The “Good Ole Boy” system runs strong and it’s noticeable. Forgot doing the right thing because you’ll get punished if you do. Upper level management will find a way of getting away with it. So proceed with caution. It’s the old saying “Damned if you, damned if you don’t”
