I cannot really think of any.

Cons

Terrible company to work for. The goals they set for you are not achievable. The management is clueless. They do not provide medical insurance or any retirement benefits. Stay away from this company.

Everything else. Especially management, which is dysfunctional and there is no direction or chance at progressing.

Cons

No one seems to be in charge and there is no direction. The company has been on a buying spree, growing through acquisitions, but integration is minimal and there is little understanding on how to integrate existing processes and culture into the SOCOTEC organization. The result is chaos.
