Great support and development opportunities. Fantastic office camaraderie. Encourages learning and questions - no one pretends to know it all. Personable leadership who do take an interest in their teams. Really exciting growth plans. No micro managing. Given the autonomy, within reason, to manage yourself.

Cons

Lack of communication and coordination between different functions, at times. Can sometimes end up get too bogged down focusing on things that add no real value.
