This is a genuine customer-focused business which deliver great results. Currently, the business is on a journey to understand it's core values and help it's employees to identify themselves with this. The organisation has great aspirations, there is always something to learn and there is room to develop and grow.

Cons

IT systems and some facilities are in drastic need of improvement however, some progress with this is being made.
