      Pros

      Solv Energy has implemented new hire training and development pathways and check in to ensure new hires have the resources and training needed to succeed. The people and culture at solv is fantastic and I'm glad to be part of the team

      Cons

      Not too many vacation days but will provide rotational weekends (roughly 4 or more days off 1 weekend a month) for on site workers to travel and have time off.
