Everyone is helpful. Questions are encouraged. Great onboarding with an overview of many aspects of the company. The more I learn the more excited I am about my new job.

Pros

Most welcoming office environment I've worked in since day 1. Makes building trust and comfortability with your team come naturally. Leadership team is approachable and down to earth. CEO is even tempered and really takes the time to interact with the entire company.

Cons

Communication can get convoluted from top down in some instances, but it's a work in progress. Hierarchy can be a little touchy in certain instances as well.
