Free snacks, drinks, and lunch in the office. Office vibe was mostly energetic

Your experience heavily depends on your team. I saw people who loved working here and others who hated it. Same goes for flexibility, there were some people who were hired as hybrid but only worked from home at an "as needed" basis even though there were team members who were fully remote. Managers may not be direct with you and will instead assume the worst or only discuss how something "looks" to others as opposed to what the reality is.
