Office: Its lovely/ modern and offers full services (Snacks, Lunch, Drinks, Coffee, Car Wash, Wellness Room etc. ) Culture: SOLV has truly wonderful people working here. Everyone is so normal and kind. Its the opposite of a stuffy corporate work environment.

Cons

Only "Con" that I have encountered with SOLV is regarding the PTO. I feel Ive worked enough jobs where 3 Weeks PTO is standard however SOLV only offers 2 Weeks PTO.
