Lots of flexibility and a great culture of friendliness and support from all the coworkers and management. Competitive salary and bonus structure. Forward thinking with technology and applications in building the company's future. Lots of team building with team dinners and outings, and a yearly company meeting.

SOLV Energy radiates the most positive work environment. The employees are truly valued, and you can see how enthusiastic everyone is to be working for a company with such a great culture. There are many great benefits of working for this company, one being that they offer a flexible work schedule (hybrid/remote positions), and another being that the company provides daily lunch for those who work in the office.
