Pros

They are evolving as a company and being transparent in the process. They invest in and appreciate their employees. Personally, I've had a lot of opportunities to be involved in the community and go to trainings, and I feel like my career development is a priority. I also really enjoy the blossoming culture here, where HR and Internal Communications are working hard to make the SOSi experience a good one.

Cons

There could be a tad more diversity in upper management.

Pros

Base compensation is competitive but bonus potential is not based on performance but rather whether or not a manager likes you that day.

Cons

Leadership does not value its employees and does not understand (nor provide) the necessary tools and resources for staff to succeed. They expect perfection and try to make you feel inferior when you fall short (in their eyes). It is nearly impossible to succeed which is why turnover in the Operations office in Reston is extremely high. The culture is brutal!
